The photographs will be displayed alongside original contact sheets, which will give an intimate look that is rarely seen by the public.

From Saturday to Thursday, Alserkal Avenue and Ishara Art Foundation present the exhibition of artworks that invokes relationship to reading and remembering as collective acts of resistance. The title of the show is inspired by a verse by poet Faiz Ahmed Faiz written during his imprisonment in Montgomery Central Jail in Pakistan.
