SALT has created a gathering place for like-minded people who are active, innovative, creative, and community-minded as the UAE’s first homegrown, pop-up dining concept, conceived with passion by its founders. It’s a place where UAE residents feel like tourists and visitors feel like locals.

The menu features quick-to-prepare, easy-to-eat options made with passion and consistency on-site with the highest-quality ingredients.

When the SALT food truck first appeared at Kite Beach, it quickly became one of the city’s favorite spots to grab a burger. That truck is now a permanent fixture at La Mer, where you can easily satisfy your Cheetos cheeseburger cravings.

You don’t have to be a surfer to enjoy SALT Surf House at La Mer’s laid-back vibes, but the interiors are influenced by an industrial surf store. There’s also a chill-out area and a lounge area where you can unwind.

All of the SALT favorites are still available, along with some new items created specifically for La Mer, such as the Black Melt, which consists of wagyu beef, barbecue-sriracha sauce, crispy cheese melt served in a black bun, and the Big Salter, which consists of double Wagyu beef, biggie sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and cheese served in a black double bun.
