It is inspired by the execution of traditional Chinese family dishes under the influence of the Middle East culinary culture, with the trendy infusion of flavors elevated into an experience marked with excellent food and bold Asian plates.
The country’s first Middle Eastern-Chinese fusion restaurant, Bado Chinese, opened in 2012. The founders, Mr. and Mrs. Han’s journey through the Middle East since the late 1960s, and how they fell in love with the place, the people, and the culture, is commemorated in the restaurant.
