Dear Zoo at Madinat Theatre

Dear Zoo, a children’s story by Rod Campbell, will be brought to life on March 7-8 at Madinat Theatre.

A timeless classic that finds a truly original way to unite discovery and fun, Dear Zoo has remained a firm favorite​ with parents and children alike since it was first published in the form of a lift-the-flap board book in 1982 and has sold more than 8 million copies worldwide.

Celebrating 36 years, the story of a child who writes to the zoo asking them to send a pet continues to delights each new generation of children. Kids around the world read this book one of the first in their lives; in the author’s homeland in Britain, it became especially popular.
