A unique destination worth visiting with the whole family is the Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival. The Festival is named in honor of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The territory of the festival is located in the open air in an area close to Abu Dhabi. All the unique features of world culture are gathered in the World Heritage district, with the center of attraction for visitors being the UAE Heritage District, rich with stunning expositions and pavilions dedicated to the cultural traditions and history of the Emirates.
Guests will find plenty of entertainment including colorful fireworks, entertaining shows for children, and the beautiful Emirates fountain. Thematic events are held here as well as art exhibitions, workshops, parades, competitions, camel races, horse shows and other cultural and entertainment activities.
