Book fairs

The Emirates Airline Festival of Literature is one of the biggest fairs of the written and spoken word. Not for the first time, the event gathers people of all ages and life stories together with world-known authors to celebrate the love of reading and writing.

Sharjah International Book Fair in its 38th edition will be held on October 30 - November 9 at Expo Centre Sharjah.

Al Ain Book Fair 2018 (AABF) returns for the celebration of the Emirati writer, by hosting a group of writers from the UAE who will address the impact of cultural and local social environment on their intellectual upbringing. The Book Fair will also highlight the features of their experience in writing.

The annual book and literature festival is coming back to Dubai, offering lots of family-friendly activities, literature and art-themed events,  talks and sessions as well as some exhibitions remaining open during the week. The 2021 edition will be a mix of one-of-a-kind workshops, physical events staged outdoors, and online streaming that will help to unite more people to showcase their love for the written word.
