The International Council on Archives Abu Dhabi Congress coming under the title “Empowering Knowledge Societies” is dedicated to the effective management of records and the preservation of the world’s archival heritage. The Congress is making effective records and archives management as it is a basic precondition for good governance, the rule of law, administrative transparency, the preservation of mankind’s collective memory, and access to information by citizens.
ICA Congress gives opportunities to professionals from all over the world to share innovative ideas and research and for colleagues. The 21st-century information challenges make archives and record professionals keep data secured and organized effectively to build networks to empower knowledge societies in the future.
