This dark and intense opera will be performed by Italian artists in collaboration with the Italian Industry and Commerce office, which aims to promote the cultural offerings of Italy in the UAE.
Italian composer Giacomo Puccini managed to complement the heavy plot of politics, war, revolution, violence, and of course romance, with an ideal composition of arias, ensembles and verses.
Needless to say it is melodramatic in itself, but this show at Madinat Theatre has special features that will be seen for the first time in the UAE – holograms! The whole show will be augmented with holographic projections by ‘Hologram USA’ for a mind-blowing audio-visual experience.
