It is supposed that you reside in Dubai and have no siblings who can look after your mother here. You might need to present the required paperwork and proof proving that your mom is a dependent and you are the only breadwinner in the family.

 

Based on this, you must submit the aforementioned paperwork in addition to your mother’s passport copy, your UAE resident ID, your passport, copies of your residence visa, your salary certificate, your employment contract, your Ejari registration certificate, your utility bill, and the most recent three months’ worth of bank statements. The GDRFA-Dubai may then give your application favorable consideration.

You can apply for a long-term visit visa if you are unable to get your Parents Visa in Dubai, so she can live in the UAE. Alternatively, if your mother prefers, she can apply for an investor visa.

 

What Kind Of Documentation Is Mandatory In the UAE to Sponsor a Widowed Mother?

Duration

If you are a divorced mother or widow, you may want to extend parents residence visa in Dubai. Dubai has a new visa program that allows widows and divorced women to apply for a residency permit. These visas are valid for one year from the date of the spouse’s death or divorce. However, if you plan to stay in the UAE for more than one year, you will need to find a new sponsor.

First, you need to prove your widowhood or divorce. Then, you can prove that you can support yourself and your children financially. You also need to have UAE IDs and medical insurance cards.
