The event promises to be scenic as participants can swim in the calm waters of the Arabian Gulf, bike on the traffic-free palmed tree-lined roads and finish with a run on the designated running track just meters away from the water’s edge with stunning ocean views.

The brand-new production of Aida promises a love story that will keep the audience on the edge of their seats until the very end. The show tells the story of a princess of Ethiopia (Aida) who falls in love with the Egyptian General (Radames)who is also besotted by her.  Radames is chosen to lead the war with Ethiopia by the king and Aida is left to choose between her lover or her father and her country.

The show promises to take the audience on a journey where every song has its sense of place and time, in different languages and styles, from Andalusia in Spain to France and the Mediterranean. The Algerian-French musician and songwriter received the title of Singer for peace of Kurt Waldheim in 1980 and his performance of the song 'Adieu mon pays' (Farewell my country), became the symbol of the exile of the Pieds-Noirs.
