With the approaching of Expo 2020 in Dubai, the Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) has signed an agreement on the 3rd of May to construct the first ECOS’s brand hotel in a residential development Al Furjan in Dubai South, which will be the UAE’s first high-quality sustainable hotel with 320 keys to offer.

The Deira Islands Night Souk, already billed as “the biggest night market in the world”, is undergoing construction in Dubai and will be opened for visitors at the end of 2018.

Dubai’s developer Nakheel has revealed its plans to add a few new buildings at the Jumeirah Park community. The community itself occupies the land of 380 hectares and has a population of more than 17 000 people, who live in 3 000 villas. It also has a community retail centre, which was opened in 2014.

Al Habtoor City, which previously was called Habtoor Palace complex, was developed by Al Habtoor Group in Dubai. It is located on Sheikh Zayed Road near Dubai Water Canal.

The construction of the Reem Mall set will be under Al Farwaniya Property Developments elaboration and the end of all works is set for the end of 2020. The company says that the construction of this $1,2 billion Reem Mall project has already commenced.

The department of public works and services has started operating a special station for handling construction and demolition wastes in Umm Al Quwain.

The team of Warner Bros. studio and Miral Asset Management are developing this immersive project, which will have 29 different rides and will satisfy visitors and fans of all ages.

One of the large-scale construction projects that are being deployed now in Dubai is Shindagha Corridor. This impressive project in Shindagha area is designed for five stages, two of which have already been completed. The Shindagha corridor will include 15 intersections.
