Yoga at Dubai Opera Garden

Core Direction and Dubai Opera organize Yoga Classes taking place on Monday and Saturday at the Dubai Opera Garden.

Taking place over sunset, Core Direction is bringing Vinyasa yoga classes from the iconic spot – Dubai Opera Garden, where participants will enjoy the stunning Dubai Fountain show at twilight. Yoga enthusiasts will discover basic asanas and breathing techniques over 60-minute yoga with a new genre of inspiring yoga movement.

Classes Schedule:
– 12 October, Monday;
– 17 October, Saturday;
– 19 October, Monday;
– 24 October, Saturday.

These yoga sessions are suitable for any level of physical preparation as a class is aimed at developing the physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines. So, it would be great both for fitness fans or newcomers to try a Vinyasa yoga session with breathtaking views of the world’s tallest building – Burj Khalifa, and the skyline of Downtown Dubai.
