Cinderella Theatrical Show House policies

1. The event ticket must be produced to gain entry into an event.
2. The ticket is only valid for the specific date, time and event shown.
3. Latecomers will be granted entry at the discretion of the duty manager.
4. The bar opens one hour before the performance.
5. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Any unaccompanied children will be refused admission to the theatre.
6. F&B is allowed in the theatre.
7. The bar opens one hour before the performance.
8. Seats allocated at the time of booking are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
