This yeas Vir Das is coming to Dubai to perform at the emirate’s original community theatre. Earlier this year, his stand-up special Abroad Understanding was released on Netflix as part of the streaming service’s Original Comedy Specials series.
This made Das the first Indian comic to have a comedy special on Netflix. Das is also a Bollywood actor, and has appeared in 35 plays, eight television shows, and two movies. He made his US TV debut earlier this year, with an appearance on the American talk show Conan. He’s clearly on the rise, so book your tickets to see him while you still can.
