Khichdi at The Junction

The comedy show, Khichdi, will feature 4 Desis comedians who will perform on November 25 at The Junction.

Khichdi is a platform for Desi Standup Comedy, where UAE’s homegrown Desi comics get on stage and try out new material. Known for a super chilling atmosphere, this comedy event continues to entertaining people with new jokes and performances.

This comedy event is the open mic from Khichdi presenting to the audience new-format performances from four Desis comedians speaking about regular things ranging from living in Motor City to riding on the Dubai Metro. It is promising to be a hilarious and funny night hosted by comedian, Nitesh Chaturvedi.

Khichdi Nights line-up:

• TBONE, co-founder of Khichdi nights and comedian who has a unique and easy-going opinion on the things he observes on a daily basis served with a quick wit, charisma, and ferociously aggressive style;
• Varun Bhatia is a co-founder of Khichdi Nights and stand-up performer who participated in “Short and Sweet Comedy Festival” and was awarded as the best comedian under the People’s Choice category;
• Yash Bhardwaj is a comedian and an actor with a rich theatre and stage experience of over 6 years. A winner of local stand-up comedy competitions like Beat The Camel and Comedy World Cup;
• Miqdaad Dohadwala, a founder of comedy collective VDesi Laughs and Dubai’s top stand up comedian and runs one of Dubai’s finest comedy collectives producing shows.
