The Emirates Airline Festival of Literature is one of the biggest fairs of the written and spoken word. Not for the first time, the event gathers people of all ages and life stories together with world-known authors to celebrate the love of reading and writing.
Moreover, this festival promotes domestic talents and encourages UAE fans to interact with world-famous authors, attend literary debates and workshops, and participate in competitions, and more activities. In 2020, it is expected lots of sessions and meet-and-greet opportunities with a range of writers, reporters, explorers, and other personalities including HE Jamal bin Huwaireb, Managing Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation, Sir Chris Bonington, an explorer who summited Mt. Everest, and Hazzaa Al Mansoori, the first Emirati to travel to space.
