During the lockdown, The Laughter Factory has been preparing a great tour with the best comedians. The Laughter Factory Supper Club part of the seven-week extravaganza – the 23rd edition of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS).
Danny O’Brien has debuted at the “Dublin’s Funniest Comedian” but he already released his first comedy album on iTunes as part of the Irish Underground Comedy Show. Danny’s solo show “Lock-In” and “Reformer” were sold out, so he switched to television and made successful RTE’s “Laughter in The Eyre”.
Next on the list will be the storytelling comic Nick Page who is renowned for his outlandish tales, that charm audience with uniqueness, and they relate to everyone. Nick is talking about regular things and his life looks like a long way from one disaster to another one. Nick is highly-demanded in UK’s comedy clubs, as a headline act and MC for the last 12 years.
The final act is for Irish Times columnist Peter Flanagan, with his dark, intense, intellectual humor. This brilliantly funny man is a rising star in the comedy world, but his whip-smart crafted style and searing observations on Irish and British politics led him to the writing material for BBC and Comedy Central.
