Coldplay will take to the stage at DU Arena in Abu Dhabi on New Year’s Eve 2016.
It will be the third time Coldplay have come to the UAE and this time they will perform with their The A Head Full of Dreams Tour.
The A Head Full of Dreams Tour is their seventh concert tour and its in support of their seventh studio album A Head Full of Dreams.
Coldplay are a British rock band formed in 1996 by lead vocalist and keyboardist Chris Martin and lead guitarist Jonny Buckland.
They achieved worldwide fame with the release of the single “Yellow” in 2000.
The band has won 62 awards, including 9 Brit Awards, 3 World Music Awards, 4 Billboard Music Awards, 5 MTV Video Music Awards and 7 Grammy Awards.
Coldplay have sold more than 80 million records worldwide, making them one of the world’s best-selling music artists.
