After six months of Expo 2020 Dubai, the curtain will come down on Thursday March 31 with a spectacular Closing Ceremony for the first World Expo to be held in the Arab world.
The spectacular closing ceremony will be free to watch for everyone attending Expo next Thursday, March 31, with more than 20 giant screens being installed to broadcast the performances across the Expo site.
Popstar Christina Aguilera will perform at 10:45 PM, also on the Jubilee stage, joined by Norah Jones and Yo-Yo Ma, with free concerts all evening. Fireworks at midnight and at 3:00 AM are also a part of the plan.
If you can’t make it in person, catch all the action on the Expo TV and Virtual Expo live streams.
Thursday, March 31, is expected to be one of the busiest days at Expo 2020 Dubai and visitors are advised to arrive early to make the most of the site-wide entertainment and activities. Use of public transport, including the Park & Ride service from Jebel Ali Metro Station, is encouraged, with the Dubai Metro open 24 hours to ensure visitors’ safe and efficient arrival and departure.
