Majareeh (The Wounded), directed by Mohammed Al Ameri, concerning the theme of slavery and the concept of being a slave to the self or to inherited traditions and customs. The main aim is to deliver the concept of being a slave through the elements of heritage, various symbols and meanings attached to them. This is also a story of love and marriage.
The National Theatre spreads artistic and cultural awareness by producing meaningful plays, which addresses social problems in an easily understandable manner. The theatre has participated in many intellectual, cultural and artistic events, both locally and internationally. The show also featuring modern musical instruments together with the classical. The play will be performed in Arabic. The event is only for children aged 6 and above to attend.
