The National Career Exhibition has the best training and employment opportunities for national graduates in the country. Nevertheless, the UAE invests in education, leadership training, and entrepreneurial programs to prepare more Emiratis to join the workforce, still, Emirati occupies less than 2 percent of the country’s 2.2 million private-sector jobs.
The exhibition was inaugurated by His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Member of Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah. He said it was important that Emirati graduates have received guidance on how to gain the right skills for the job market.
That it is to say, the majority of UAE citizens are unable to secure employment in any of the country’s sectors because they do not have a wasta (connections to pull strings). Moreover, people claim that they are job hunting for a decade by attending various career fairs across the country.
Such a big job fair decreases the unemployment percentage and help educated people find work in the public or private sector. In the National Career Exhibition, there will be appointments with national and international exhibitors Education, Training, Business, Store, Human resources, Financial, Real estate.
