Ministry of Possibilities was launched in the UAE

The UAE is a unique country in which something new, unusual and very interesting is constantly being created.

And it’s not only to the highest buildings or technical innovations. A lot of attention is paid to issues that ultimately will have a huge impact on the future of the country and its citizens.

So, the United Arab Emirates became the first country in the world that launches the Ministry of Possibilities. The ministry will not have a minister; it will be governed by the cabinet of ministers. The Ministry of Possibilities will deal with the most important national issues, including the creation of new government systems to prepare for the future. It is already known that the Ministry of Possibilities will cooperate with all state and private organizations, which will make it possible to better solve existing problems and quickly achieve all desired goals.

A team will be created, which will include officials from various federal and local governments, the private sector and individual citizens. This team will make the decisions necessary to speed up government processes. And the first task to be solved by the ministry is the creation of an e-platform, which will greatly simplify and speed up the process of making public purchases. And if it used to take up to 60 days, now 6 minutes will be enough. The ministry will also deal with developing specialized systems for identifying talents for each child in the UAE.

HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President of the UAE and ruler of Dubai on the Twitter said about the launch of the ministry: «Today we launched the Ministry of Possibilities, an unconventional ministry without a minister. Its staff are cabinet members. The ministry works on important national matters and towards building new government systems for the future».

The creation of the Ministry of Possibilities is one more step towards the creation of fundamentally new state systems that will allow to revise the very concept of government. This will enable to quickly respond to all the problems that are inevitable in our rapidly changing world.
