Flamingo Room, located within the world-renowned Jumeirah Al Naseem, revealed its newly revamped cocktail menu on 19th December. Drawing inspiration from African flora and fauna, each is envisioned as an ode to the natural beauty of the wide grasslands and picturesque sunsets over the savannah, transporting guests to the heart of the beautiful African continent.
Guests are invited to embark upon a sensory journey through the different notes and flavours in each of the beautifully crafted offerings. Highlights include the Pink Gibson, which is a savoury, appetite-arousing modern masterpiece that uses a house-pickled pearl onion to give it its unique flavour. A lively riff on the modern classic, the Aperol Spritz, the Baobab Spritz is a uniquely refreshing drink with aromatic, floral notes and a long finish.
Fruity and flavourful cocktails like Little Savannah and The Ruby Gem with refined notes of citrus and sweet fruits burst flavour with every sip while The Cape Fashion and Cheeky Monkey put a twist on much-loved classics. Chocolate lovers can enjoy the caramel-hued and silky-smooth Coco Zulu, topped with dark chocolate and a light touch of creamy coconut, whilst reminiscent of African sunsets, Beyond Garibaldi and El Karoo are the perfect way to unwind after a long day. And to round-off a decadent evening, swap dessert for the Don Pedro, blended to perfection with vanilla ice cream and laced with dark chocolate.
Each cocktail complements Flamingo Room’s award-winning food offering and effortlessly blends with the easy elegance of leisurely lunches and dinners, set against the striking interiors for which Flamingo Room is so well known. Beauty and elegance transcend beyond the interiors of the venue to the breath-taking terrace overlooking the serene water ponds, making it one of the most stylish outdoor dining spaces in which to welcome the Dubai winters.
Flamingo Room by tashas is open for lunch before easing into a chic relaxed evening environment for dinner and drinks.
