It has views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and the sea. As for the food, of course, Italian cuisine, by the chef Massimo Bottura who owns three Michelin Starred Osteria Francescana.
Every Sunday to Thursday, between 12:30 pm and 3 pm, guests can choose between a three-course set menu or a la carte. The set menu includes a starter, a main, pasta, or pizza dish, and a dessert. It features such dishes as burrata, baccala, tartare, cacio & pepe, a cheesy quattro formaggi pizza, and Wagyu steak.
Chef Massimo Bottura, the creative mastermind behind the three Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana (voted #1 in the World in 2016 & 2018), brings his first restaurant outside of Italy to W Dubai – The Palm. He shows us his favorite way to hit escape by taking guests on a journey back to the 1960’s Italian Riviera where everything is sophisticated and social but laid back. Chose to dine al fresco or on the beach.
