The venue was founded in October 2019 by Managing Partner, Elie Khoury, and located in the Sheraton Grand, Sheikh Zayed Road. Chef Reif Othman is the culinary advisor to the unique menu of European cuisine with a Japanese influence, presented in a playful and theatrical manner.
Open nightly from 07:30 PM until 02:00 AM weekdays and 03:00 AM on Thursday and Friday, Alice Lounge features open-format DJ live music entertainment daily and different theatrical elements throughout the night. The striking venue promises a unique multi-sensory dining experience using the power of light, sound and culinary design secrets for a dramatic effect.
