Art of Living will provide an online meditation class to help you reduce stress and discover breathing techniques on August 29.

This online class is focused on Meditation & Breathing techniques (Pranayamas) to manage the mind and live life stress-free. The meditation class is held by certified Art of Living Breath and Meditation trainers who present powerful techniques to release stress and boost the immunity system.

The meditation class will take 60 minutes and are focused on breathing techniques combining with exercises, which impact both on physical and mental health and enhance well-being and peace of mind. Participants will need a comfortable chair, a bottle of water and a yoga mat for some light exercise.
