Leonid Agutin will continue the open-air at Events Arena, Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Along with his Esperanto band, one of the highly acclaimed Russian musicians will present the eclectic mix of all-time romantic and Latino songs. Closing the evening, the King of hype Philipp Kirkorov will return to Dubai with a fantastic show. 

The much-awaited rock band sensation finally arrives in Dubai. The Belarussian alternative rock band sets food in Dubai for their first concert in the UAE! As part of the PaRus music festival that begins on the 24th of March this year, the rock band Bi-2 (pronounced "Bee-dva") will kick start the festival with their show. 

Excitingly, joining this year's music festival are rappers; Morgenshtern and Hammali&Navai from Russia. Rap duet Hammalli&Navai consisting of Alexander Aliev and Navai Bakirov is one of the top influential rappers of Russia. They got together and recorded their first duet in June 2016.

PaRus Fight Championship is one of Dubai’s signature sports events, which returns with an even bigger, bolder, and louder scope. The legendary PaRUS venue will become the largest  MMA open-air octagon for fighters from the United Kingdom, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Jordan, Lebanon, and the United States.
