This year MEFIT Health and Fitness Summit, which celebrates its 15th anniversary, presents 80+ sessions, 20+ international presenters, Business Summit, Teens Fitness and Nutrition Conference, Personal Training and Small Group Training.

Over 1000 personal trainers, group fitness instructors, club/studio owners and managers, mind-body professionals, nutrition experts and teenage fitness influencers from all around the world will come together over the week to explore new tools they can use to truly effect and help the region make inspirational changes in fitness and wellness in their communities in the years to come.
