For this Ramadan, restaurant erects its yearly tent with views of the iconic Burj Al Arab, where guests will be treated with a flavourful and mouth-watering Iftar food feast with a buffet of over 200 different dishes.
Dishes include, Meat Grills, homemade fresh breads, Turkish Cheeses, Yaprak Sarma traditional Turkish grape leaves stuffed with cinnamon-infused rice and roasted pine nuts, Kavurma beef rump cubes slowly cooked for 8 hours, Kuzu Dalma –Lamb shoulder slowly cooked with dried fruits and rice for 12 hours, Etli Ekmek – Turkish Pita topped with minced meat, tomatoes onions and parsley. After which you can indulge your sweet tooth with a plethora of desserts.
