“My First Ticket to Coppélia” Ballet at The Theatre

Art for All invites everyone for the ballet performance “My First Ticket to Coppélia” on November 6 & 7 at The Theatre.

Supported by students of The National Ballet Studio, The Theatre will host a professional 60-minute production of the classic, created for young audiences as an introduction to the world of ballet. As ballet art has become widespread, this event will be the first true acquaintance, especially for the little ones, with classic international production.

Coppélia tells the comic family tale of an eccentric toymaker and his mechanical doll in a beautifully adapted version for young audiences. Dr Coppélius, the toymaker, has created the lifelike Coppélia doll and wishes for nothing more than to bring her to life. In the end, love triumphs over all in this comedy of mistaken identity and the finale is a breathtaking celebration of the lovers’ marriage.

• November 7 – 11:00 AM; 03:00 PM.
