The Abu Dhabi Pet Festival will be held on 3rd of February at DU Arena in Abu Dhabi.
This year the festival heads to Abu Dhabi and it promises to be even bigger, better and more entertaining.
The Festival will include:
– Special Bullies Dog Competitions,
– Petting Zoo,
– Abu Dhabi Cat Show,
– 5th International Dog Show Competitions,
– Dog Agility Competitions,
– Abu Dhabi Police Dog Squad Demonstration.
Special Bullies Dog Competitions is organised in association with the International Bullies Kennel Club (IBKC). The show will be judged by renowned IBKC judges.
The Petting Zoo at the Pet Festival provides an opportunity for Children and Pet lovers to see and pet various pets and farm animals in a very convenient area. It is an educational and thrilling experience for those, especially children, who rarely have the chance to see and feel these domestic pets. Attenders will assist and provide information on these animals.
Abu Dhabi Cat Show will start at 4 pm and finishes at 7.00 pm. The event will be held in a closed and Air-conditioned hall.
The Contest will be judged by renowned judges of Middle East Cat Society and the Indian Cat Federation.
5th International Dog Show Competitions will be held in line with FCI dog show rules and regulations.
The show will be judged by FCI approved International Judges.
The Agility Rings provides a great opportunity for dog owners to allow their dogs to compete in events regardless of whether they are beginners, intermediate or experts.
The Demonstration by the UAE Police’s K9 Unit will include the dogs and their handlers in a show of total obedience, bonding and control. The dogs will later present several dramatic demonstrations of false run, attack, vehicle attack, and search and rescue missions.
The festival provides also free medical check-up, vaccinations & microchipping, pet experts and veterinary specialists.
The guests can also visit kids play area with games, food & beverage stalls & trucks, and see pony rides, woof parade, photo shooting and
other activities and entertainments.
