Instructed by photographer and graphic designer, Raz Hansrod, this day workshop will be a good base for photography enthusiasts to shoot and develop black and white film, all without the use of a traditional darkroom. After this workshop, students will have a fully developed roll of black and white film and knowledge on how to shoot with a basic kit.
Starting from the theory, and a brief history of photography, this workshop will present the basics of shooting black and white film, knowledge of correct and creative expose the film with desired aesthetic, understanding the specifics of the chemical process and the importance of time and temperature.
For this workshop, you will need:
• Film Camera (35mm or 120) with Lenses;
• Batteries for your film camera;
• Notebook & pen.
Gulf Photo Plus operates on 50% capacity. Visitors, staff and teachers have to wear a mask and a two-meter distance should be maintained between people at all times.
