GPP Workshop: Introduction to Adobe Lightroom Classic

Gulf Photo Plus will provide a 2-day workshop for beginners titled “Introduction to Adobe Lightroom Classic” on September 18-19.

The 2-day workshop will be instructed by Kathleen Hoare who is a GPP corporate photographer shooting for private clients as well as major international brands. This workshop is aimed at developing navigation in the Lightroom interface through importing, organizing, exporting catalog system, and simplifying the editing process.

During this masterclass, participants will receive the knowledge of the software’s system required for a photographer to create a photo library. Workshop participants will skill up their collections, complete the edits applying keywords & metadata; get an understanding of white balance, color, histograms; use of brushes, spot healing, and cloning.

For this workshop, participants will need:
– Laptop with a fully charged battery + charger (laptop mouse optionally);
– Lightroom Classic CC (pre-downloaded & fully functioning);
– Notebook & pen.

Gulf Photo Plus operates on 50% capacity, so the places are limited. Visitors, staff and teachers have to wear a mask and a two-meter distance should be maintained between people at all times.
