The concert of electronic music duo Basement Jaxx will take place on 31st of December, 2017 at the Inner City Zoo, Rixos Premium Dubai.

Basement Jaxx is the UK’s most respected progressive House duo, Simon Ratcliffe and Felix Buxton took the world by storm in the 90’s, bringing an all-new take to the new-age music scene, rooted in house and blended with a section of RnB, U.K. Garage, Reggae, Latin Jazz and Ambient Techno. Their unmatched restlessness has seen them continue to shuffle the deck, collaborating with an endless array of vocalists, including Biz Markie, Siouxsie Sioux and Yoko Ono.

Best known for hits including ‘Red Alert’ and ‘Where’s Your Head At, the DJs have won the BRIT Award for Best Dance Act twice – in 2002 and 2004. They’ve had five Top Ten singles in the UK, and have worked with artists including Dizzee Rascal, Yoko Ono, and Justin Timberlake.

Life’s just a playground here in Dubai’s newest nightlife hotspot, and the music keeps on playing on and on. Basement Jaxx’s performance is the only way to bring in 2018 and celebrate the year that was.
