Jumeriah Marsa Al Arab, planned to open in 2023, will lead a new generation of Jumeirah Group’s ultra-luxury portfolio.

Marsa Al Arab will be Jumeirah’s ultra-luxury resort; an avant-garde superyacht architectural design with unmatched experiential spaces. Spread across 4 million square feet, Marsa Al Arab will include two islands located on both sides of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. One island will offer luxury resorts, while the other one will be family-oriented and entertaining. These two islands will broaden out the beach front with 2.2 kilometres of exclusive facilities.

One of these facilities will be a ‘Marine Park’. The park itself will be giving an opportunity to observe and interact with diverse aquatic animals and fish. It will have a capacity of 1000 seats and will be a unique edutainment place for the whole family. In addition to the park of marine life, there will be constructed a new family-oriented hotel.

Plus in order to make the experience even better, the famous Wild Wadi Waterpark will be relocated closer to the beach and the new area for it will be twice bigger, while on the current location of Wild Wadi Park will be a large space with 300 sea-front residential flats, a huge shopping center with famous brands and large sort of restaurants and other establishments. Also, there will be a special theatre with around 1700 seats and it will be the first place welcoming show Cirque du Soleil in the Middle East.

Marsa Al Arab will also have a private yacht marina and a yacht club with rich choices in food and drinks and the unusual addition of a helipad. In order to attract international companies there also will be a mixed-use convention center for different types of conferences and festivals.
