The ambitious plan of its creators envisages this magnificent, awe-inspiring high rise tower as Dubai’s and the world’s tallest, with no less than 928 meters in height (leaving behind the 828-meter Burj Khalifa). Ablaze with fabulous lighting, the tower will command a mind-blowing night view as it pierces the dark sky with powerful, lighthouse-like beams. The architects drew inspiration from minaret tops and lily flower curves.
As does any structure of similar scale, Dubai Creek Tower will have a Skydeck that will undoubtedly draw crowds of tourists, who the creators say will be able to catch a 360° view of the city and Dubai International Airport. The building will also house restaurants and entertainment facilities.
Developer Emaar Properties, architect and engineer Santiago Calatrava Valls and Aurecon as architect and engineer of record, are all working together to create Dubai Creek Tower, which will cost more than a billion dollars to complete. Dubai Creek Tower is seen to become one of the most spectacular structures both in Dubai and the world.
