On the ground, there will be two sections – one dedicated to sports and another for training and fitness – there are plenty of chances to try out something new, from table tennis and dragon boat racing to functional training workouts.
The kids can take part in the fun while they’re there, trying out trampolines, climbing walls, and parkour classes. There will also be Les Mills exercise classes specifically for children between ages 2-12.
Over both days, there will be live stage shows from ballet dancers and Football Freestylers, as well as competitions, exercise classes and appearances from celebrities, some of whom are yet to be announced.
To finish off the weekend, and the Dubai Fitness Challenge, Saturday evening will end with a prize ceremony, a water and light show, and a massive fireworks display.
