Dubai will become the center of an active lifestyle with the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC), which will be held from October 18 to November 16.

On the ground, there will be two sections – one dedicated to sports and another for training and fitness – there are plenty of chances to try out something new, from table tennis and dragon boat racing to functional training workouts. The kids can take part in the fun while they’re there, trying out trampolines, climbing walls, and parkour classes.
