As Scottish singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Sandi has made a global smash with her hit “I Wish I Was a Punk Rocker (With Flowers in My Hair)”, which launched from webcasts in a London basement – to where proud Scot Sandi Thom finds herself today with an amazing, eclectic sound.
In 2015, it was reported that Sandi Thom had signed to the independent label MITA Records for the release of a new album. Later that year, she attracted publicity after uploading a video to her Facebook page in which she criticized BBC Radio 2 and Bauer Media Group’s radio stations for not playlisting her single “Earthquake”.
She has performed at the Royal Albert Hall, made a series of US concerts including Chicago, Nashville, NYC’s BB Kings Blues Club, Charlotte, LA, and Portland, conquered New Zealand and Australia with her world tour and then went to the East to represent the latest album “Ghosts”.
