Alserkal Programming invites you on a monthly series of road trips to visit exhibitions, talks, performances and film screenings by galleries, arts institutions, and cultural initiatives around the country.
Sharjah Biennial 13: Tamawuj, encompasses exhibitions, projects and educational programmes in five locations, expanding the biennial’s structure across space and time. Curated by Christine Tohme, Tamawuj is an Arabic word that suggests the rising and falling of waves; a flowing, swelling, surging or fluctuation and a wavy, undulating appearance, outline or form.
Road Trips are open to everyone and free of charge. However, spaces are limited and reservations are on a first-come- first-served basis.
