PaRus 2021 – Basta, Diana Arbenina and Nochnye Snaipery

The fifth international PaRus Music Fest will take place on 3-7 November; Basta, Diana Arbenina and Nochnye Snaipery band will perform on 5 November in Dubai.

Basta is one of the most popular hip-hop artists in Russia. His lyrics are instantly recognizable and melodies are much beloved by the crowd which is shown in the charts since 1998. It is going to be an exceptional live charismatic show with a whole-hearted atmosphere spanning Basta’s hits and recent new music.

Diana Arbenina and Nochnye Snaipery band will headline PaRus Music Fest on 5 November as well. This legendary rock band was born more than twenty years ago. The group quickly became a phenomenon, participating in music festivals all over Russia and abroad.

COVID-19 Regulations at the event

In response to the COVID-19 and out of concern for the health and well-being of all guests, artists, and employees, M Premiere sets out additional security measures at the event.

• The persons with symptoms of COVID-19 such as cough, rainy nose, fever, will be denied entry,
• The seating capacity has been limited to maintain social distancing within the venue,
• Wearing a facemask is mandatory in all public areas in Dubai at all times, gloves are optional,
• Social distancing will be maintained inside the venue, guests are advised to sit in their assigned seats only,
• Compliance with the stated safety measures is legally required in all areas within Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
