After 4-mont break, Dubai’s live entertainment venue – The Junction presents “Mask on Comedy” production, where four known artists will tell funny quarantine stories in one show. The well-acclaimed comedians are going to take center stage to make a night of laughter.
The show includes four homegrown artists sharing completely new material– and they’re holding nothing back. Indian American comedian, Arzoo Malhotra will speak out on the ups and downs of being a single 20-years old girl in the modern world.
Then, Tabarak Razvi, also known as TBONE will share his observations on the other side is a mix of both his experiences as an ex-pat living in the UAE plus his learnings during the quarantine.
As stand-up comedian Maher Barwany will showcase a short 20-minute set named “COVID-20”, telling a story about how it was to stuck in lockdown limbo for 3 months. Even having 10 years of international career, this experience led Maher to the new level.
And finally, Miqdaad Dohadwala, a founder of comedy collective VDesi Laughs will share his “Unsolicited Advice’” with the audience. Being the leading comedians of Dubai for the numerous local comics, Miqdaad has proved himself a professional comedy presenter.
Show starts at 06:00 PM & 08:30 PM, however, viewers are encouraged to come 60 minutes prior to the start of the show with a download or printout of the E-ticket with QR Code. There will be no waiting at the venue but direct entry into the theatre after the temperature check.
