Dinner with Friends play by Donald Margulies, that will be staged in Dubai for the very first time, follows the lives of 4 friends when suddenly one night, a shocking revelation causes each one to take a closer look at their own life, friendship and marriage.
The play premiered at the 1998 Humana Festival of New American Plays and opened Off-Broadway in 1999. Dinner with Friends received the 2000 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. It is directed by local starlet Meghana Mundkur whose previous production Enter Macbeth ran to amazing success last year. Cast includes Ahmar Iqbal, Priyanka Johri, Carine Bouery and Hussain Hadi.
