Stand-up Comedy 101

Ever wanted to try your hand at stand-up comedy but didn’t know where to begin? Have a fear of speaking in public that you’d like to overcome? Want to learn how to interact with your audience and learn skills to help you ‘react’ in the moment? Want to meet like-minded people and learn comedy from professional comedians with years of coaching and performance experience internationally? Want to hone your writing skills? We’ve got you covered! Our signature nuts and bolts course ends with a final stand-up comedy performance in a supportive environment. You will meet 8 times over a 7 week term ending with a final public performance on November 19.
Improv Comedy course

Our famed Improv Jam class focuses on ensemble based theater games and short form improvisational comedy! Improvisation isn’t just an excellent tool for performers, it’s a life skill. The key objectives of this course are to discover the fundamentals of improvisational comedy, improve your storytelling skills, learn techniques to think quickly on your feet and to be more creative all while relieving stress and having fun in a supportive environment! This spirited, energizing course is open to all levels, from just for fun to those wishing to move towards joining our professional Improv Revolution troupe! The term will end with a final performances on Saturday, Nov. 19.
Tween Comedy
Saturdays, October 8 – November 19

This course is especially designed for young comedians-in-the-making ages10-14 years old. Students will learn the basics of short form improv, comedic story-telling, joke-telling, public speaking all in a confidence boosting environment. The course culminates into a final performance for family and friends on Saturday, Nov. 19.
The Graduates 102: Intermediate- advanced stand-up coaching

Are you ready to take your stand-up to the next level? This course is open to 101 graduates or those with stand-up experience. Students will get to be coached by renown comedian Ali Al Sayed. This course is open to English and Arabic speakers.102 students will perform in a final show on Nov. 19.
