The Theatre will be screening an independent documentary movie detailing a film maker’s dream to salvage analog photography and film. The entertaining story was shot on 35mm to transmit that mood and senses of real things, along with the original soundtrack recorded direct-to-disc by a 40-piece jazz orchestra.
The movie opens the question of analogs to modern digital devices. A generation of young people is willing to reconnect with authenticity, ready to swim against the digital tide. An Impossible Project is regarded as a sensuous and inspiring film telling about the eccentric Austrian scientist, who saved the world’s last Polaroid factory after introducing the first iPhone.
