Alserkal Avenue announces live entertainment action with new artists from across the city. And The Fridge Concert Series has invited a neo/soul, jazz, chill-wave, and alternative R’n’B artist, Aleksandra Krstic to deliver intimate and powerful solo performance.
Entertaining and eclectic mini-festival will feature Aleksandra Krstic, who is a classical piano wunderkind and model turned jazz/soul/R’n’B singer. Her style is influenced by such legends as Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Billie Holiday, Lauryn Hill, as well as present-day stars Frank Ocean, Lana Del Rey, SZA, and Solange.
Krstic will play a mixture of melodies that range from classical and jazz to funk, soul, and pop embodied in songs “Too Close to the Sun”, “White Screen”, “Beautiful Spheres” and many others. Having worked with the city’s leading hotels (Jumeirah, Ritz Carlton, Kempinsky)and events, Aleksandra also acts as a composer for several films and advertisements.
