This season, The Laughter Factory will provide the greatest quest of all “To save the world from sadness”. Three international stand-up stars will be armoring themselves up to charge into battle against boredom. The line-up is known for their wordplay, so the Laughter Factory comedians offer positive, comic solutions to stop humanity from falling into the abyss.
Leading the way will be Aussie stand-up/adventurer, Wayne Deakin. It would be easier to list the parts of the world where globe-trotting Wayne hasn’t made people laugh. Having starred in and produced Channel 31’s highest ever rating show, “Tiger TV”, appeared in Comedy Channel’s “Stand Up Australia” and US reality show “Last Comic Standing” Wayne gained world appreciation.
Making his debut on the Laughter Factory Eddy Brimson will be bringing you a supersized cup of comedy. As the UK’s most hilarious headline acts, at the same time Eddy became one of the first-ever comics to perform in Myanmar and invitations to perform at the Altitude Festival in the French Alps, Comedy Festivals in New Zealand, and Australia.
Finally, Mock the Week writer Philip Simon has some of the funniest one-liners in the business. This multi-award-winning act gives a guarantee of chuckles with his performance. Kind of like a brand new fridge but funnier. Also, Philip is renowned as the winner of the “Jewish Comedian of the Year 2015” and winner of the “Lastminute Comedy Comedian of the Year 2015”.
