The Sum Of Us has a fully operational roastery and resident expert to help you chose from the almost 20 different kinds of house-blend coffee. For food, the signature Sum Of Us Waffles were light and crunchy, and topped with the sweetest of poached plums and oozing vanilla custard. The Corned Beef Sanga was great, too; doorstep-sized, toasted but softened with a huge slop of red cabbage.
Steeped in nostalgia, the smell of baking bread, roasted coffee beans, the clang of pots and pan, the bustles of breakfast to the magic of dinner time.
