At Sharjah Aquarium, visitors are welcomed to explore the fascinating hidden world of the deep sea with its amazing inhabitants, with a close-up look at diverse marine species throughout its many underwater glass tunnels.
Sharjah Aquarium is the first and largest government educational center in the UAE. Covering an area of 6500 m²; it consists of two floors, with 21 aquariums filled with 1.8 million liters of water. It is a gateway to underwater world with an incredible variety of sea species, including beautiful clownfish, delicate seahorses, moray eels, sea rays and reef sharks.
Located right opposite the Sharjah Maritime Museum, together these two destinations are both entertaining and educative for all ages.
