All paid parking zones will be free of charge on Sunday, October 2, Al Hijri New Year. Parking will still need to be paid at the Fish Market and the multi-level parking, the Roads and Transport Authority said.
Public transport services will also operate at different times during the public holiday.
Fees and customer happiness centres will resume services on Monday, October 3.
